(a) PM-WANI WIFI: -
Prime
Minister’s Wi-Fi Access Network Interface (PM-WANI) was launched by the
Department of Telecommunication in December 2020. The scheme aims to enhance
the proliferation of public Wi-Fi hotspots to create robust digital
communications infrastructure in the country, especially in rural areas.Through better access to
public hotspots, the government aims to increase employment for small and
micro-entrepreneurs and provide low-cost internet to the underserved urban poor
and rural households.
The scheme encourages local shops and an establishment to provide Wi-Fi
for last-mile internet delivery which does not require a license or charge a
registration fee.
(b) Refurbished Product:
- We
are categorized refurbished products in two ways which are: -

Refurbished Scraps
(ii)
Import Refurbished Commercial Laptop, Desktop & Accessories
(i)
Refurbished Scraps: -We
will buy electronic waste from offices, shops, homes etc. which will be made
usable like new by the following methods: -
1.
Every product will be thoroughly checked
2. Our
engineer will repair the product one by one
3.
Repaired products will be cleaned
4.
Products will be polished and packed
(ii)
Import Refurbished Commercial Laptop, Desktop & Accessories: -We will import and
sell refurbished electronics as well as import scrap parts too such as laptops,
CPU, monitors, cables, keyboards, mouse, etc.
Comparison between Consumer Laptop &
Commercial Laptop: -Commercial
laptops are built to provide us optimum performance. Whereas Consumer Laptops
are mainly focused on personal usages. If you are looking for a highly
functional, prolonged work efficient, device-optimized system, you should go
for the commercial series. At the same time if your usage of laptop is for
shorter duration and for meeting personal works, you can opt for consumer
series.
Build Quality: The one huge difference between a Commercial Model and
Consumer model is in its “Build Quality”. Commercial Models comes with a higher
build quality (hardware and performance) which means – buyers can use these
laptops for longer duration everyday and yet it can run without many troubles
for a period of 3 to 5 years easily when compared to a consumer model. During
the pre-pandemic period, average time spent on laptop (consumer) used in home
environment was limited to 2 to 3 hours. Post pandemic period, the usage has
multiplied 3 times minimum which warrants for a laptop with good build quality.
The features and specifications might look similar in both consumer and
commercial model, but their built-in quality can be entirely different.
Hardware
Quality: While coming to the Hardware quality of the commercial
series, many of them have gone through a series of Military-grade Testing.
So, it can easily overcome minor drops, miss handlingsand strenuous usages.
Some of the models are even Spill and dust resistant too. 40 – 60 hrs. per week
strenuous usages can be undertaken by these commercial series laptops. The
items purchased by business houses are mainly based on the workforce, as any
small damage can affect workflow thereby adversely impacting the performance of
the company. Hence, companies prefer only commercial laptops.
On the other hand, consumer laptops do not undergo such
rigorous testing. These can withstand a 20–30-hour usage per week beyond which
the life of battery gets affected. Materials that are used to create Consumer-grade
are not that much durable as OEM’s have an assumption that everyone keep their
personal items carefully. Consumer models are aesthetic friendly products where
the material, color, look and feel, texture is the core focus. As a result,
after 2-3 years, users will go for the next option based on trends.
Battery Life: Commercial model can come up to 8 to 12 hrs. whereas
the consumer series can last only 3 to 4 hours.
Security: Commercials laptops can offer more security while
compared to the consumer models. As we all know businesses will always give
priority to security features. So, enterprise mainly focuses on commercial
laptops. For example, some brands such as HP have different security measures
in the terms of certain features such as HP Biosphere, HP Sure Start, Sure
Connect, Sure Click, Sure view etc. Consumer models do have limited
security features as it is meant for home use.

BROTHERS PRIVATE LIMITED has taken the Public Data Office Aggregator
(PDOA)& APP Provider license of PM-WANI from C-DOT which is
PDOA (PMWANI-UPE-221108-PDOA000006)
& APP Provider (PMWANI-UPE-221108-APP000007)
We have
received the license from C-DOT to set up Public Data Office (PDO) in all over
India, so that we can create Wi-Fi zones and provide low cost broadband speed
internet facility to people through online recharge. Whoever becomes a Public
Data Office (PDO) will get the benefit of 80% of the recharge value of their
zone.
(ii).
Refurbished Products: -Anyone who wants to start their own startup can earn very
good margin on all our refurbished products. All they have to do is open a shop
in their village/city and sell refurbished products. Whose warranty / guarantee
will be the responsibility of the company. All the retailers who join us will
get 40% - 50% profit margin in refurbished accessories, 20% - 30% profit margin
in refurbished laptops and desktops.
Customer Service Problem solving through
following process which are as follows: -
Customer
service problem solving involves identifying and resolving issues or concerns
raised by customers in a prompt and satisfactory manner. Effective
problem-solving skills are essential for providing excellent customer service
and maintaining customer satisfaction.
To
solve customer service problems, we are going to follow these steps:
Listen
to the customer: Allow the customer to explain the problem fully, and listen
carefully to their concerns without interrupting them. It's essential to
empathize with the customer and understand their perspective.
Apologize
and acknowledge the issue: Take responsibility for the issue, apologize for any
inconvenience caused, and reassure the customer that you will work to resolve
the problem.
Gather
information: Ask questions to gather all relevant information about the problem
and any steps the customer has taken to address it.
Offer a
solution: Provide the customer with a solution that addresses their concerns,
such as a refund, replacement, or repair. If you're unable to offer an
immediate solution, let the customer know the next steps and timeline for
resolving the issue.
Follow up:
After the problem has been resolved, follow up with the customer to ensure
their satisfaction and address any lingering concerns.
By
following these steps, businesses can effectively solve customer service
problems and build strong relationships with their customers. It's important to
prioritize customer satisfaction and work to resolve any issues promptly and
professionally.

Employment Process:-
Our Uniqueness in Employment process is to

well. In this process, wherever they need us help, then we will be ready to
help them.
Our marketing executive will go to the
villages and cities and meet the small shopkeepers there and connect them with
our company and provide a better means of earning. At the same time, our
executives will meet the youth there to know the trend towards their career so
that we know how many people are willing to make a career in the IT field.
2. Customer
Service: - Following facilities are available for our
customers –
Ø We
give 1-3 months warranty to our customers on Laptop/Desktop/Printer service. In
which, if the service problem arises again in the middle of this time period,
it is serviced free of cost. (i.e. we will not charge extra over and above what
we will charge for repairing a problem during the warranty period).
Ø We
provide 1/12 months service warranty to the customers on second hand
Laptop/Desktop/Printer. Whenever there is any problem with the Laptop/Desktop/Printer
during the warranty period, we will repair the problem and give this back to
the customer. So, warranty will be valid only if customer's
laptop/desktop/printer is not damaged in 4 ways i.e. water, fire, physical
damage, motherboard shot due to electricity fluctuation.
Ø We
provide 1-year replacement guarantee to our customers on second hand
accessories like keyboard, mouse, adapter, power cable, VGA cable, gaming
headphone, gaming keyboard mouse, CCTV camera, wireless keyboard mouse etc.
Ø We also work with an annual maintenance contract such as Corporate Office, Banks, Government Officers, Institutes, and Online Exam Centers etc. The services cover in the annual maintenance contract are as follows: -

3. Networking issue
Other services charge is differently
charged, which do not fall into annual maintenance contract, such as data
recovery, chip level services of parts. Therefore, whatever items will not be
made, it will not be a part of the contract to exchange the goods that will not
be an exchanged.
How to generate income through refurbished scraps?
We will
sell which our scrap items are ready to sell after polish and packing. will
sell in 3 stages which are given below:-

2. Retailer
3. Customer
1. District
Distributor: -Through social media, we will discuss about the quality and
benefits of our products by contacting the entire India's potential wholesaler
city wise and will tell about the margin they get on the products. We will give
a margin of up to 15%-30% to the wholesaler on products.

Retailer:- Through social media, we will discuss about the quality and benefits
of our products by contacting the entire India's potential wholesaler city wise
and will tell about the margin they get on the products. We will give a margin
of up to 20%-50% to the wholesaler on products.
3. Customer:
- Products will also be sold directly from here to consumers, on which they
will be given 1-year warranty/guarantee where our profit margin will be 100%.
How to
generate income through PM-Wani?
With the
help of PM-Wani Yojana, we will give people a chance to earn by selling
broadband data through recharge. We will provide income opportunity by 4stages:

1. Public Data Office Aggregator (PDOA)
2. District Distributor
3. Pin Code Distributor
4. Public Data Office(PDO)
1. Public Data Office Aggregator (PDOA):
-Public Data Office Aggregator (PDOA) which is Tarkashh Brothers Pvt Ltd
itself, which we have taken license from Saral Sanchar and this scheme is being
run through C-DOT. Tarkashh Brothers Pvt Ltd has kept 10% profit of all India
recharge for the company. In which the company will set up a call centre for
the whole of India, a technical team will set up, which will support the PDOs,
so that our productivity can be maintained by their productivity.
2. District Distributor: -District
Distributor will get benefit of 5% on every single recharge of his entire
district for which he has to buy District Distributorship which is worth 2.5
Lakh + GST 18%. At the same time, they will also get a fair profit from selling
each router. Therefore, if for some reason the earning of the District
Distributor does not start within 3 months, then the deposited amount will be
refundable.
3. Pin Code Distributor: -Pin code
distributor will get 5% profit on every single recharge of his entire pin code
for which he has to buy pin code distributorship which is worth 2.5 Lakh + GST
18%. At the same time, they will also get a fair profit from selling each
router. Therefore, if the pin code distributor does not start earning within 3
months due to any reason, then the deposited amount will be refundable.
4. Public Data Office (PDO): -Public
Data Office (PDO) will get 80% benefit of every recharge of their hotspot area
for which they only need to get their KYC done and after getting KYC done, they
will buy router and recharge people through broadband connection. After that
PDO will start earning by selling internet.
